We carefully wrap each small item in our branded tissue paper.
Our larger pieces are packaged in made to measure boxes with a generous amount of bubble wrap and protection.

Do we accept returns
All of our items are made to order for you, if a part is damaged we will happily replace it, returns are accepted at our discretion within 14 days, we do not cover return postage and the item must be in the same condition as when it left us.
We do not cover wear and tear on our toy boxes, the hinge the working part we will cover for 12 months. Please do not expect a refund or replacement on any toy box that is over 12 months old.
Customer service is of the upmost importance to us.

We sure do!
We post our small parcels with Royal Mail, postage upgrades are available. Our larger items are posted with DHL & UPS they are fully tracked and shipped on an express service.
Proof of postage is always obtained.
We have a huge fabric range available for our best selling toy boxes, if you have access to Facebook we have a whole album dedicated to fabrics on our page and you can also see the many many boxes we have already made.
Can I make changes to my order
Yes absolutely we request these changes be made within 48 hours of when you placed the order, a member of our team must confirm these changes, if there is a variation in cost this must be paid.
We are required to pay VAT in the U.K., our prices are inclusive of VAT
Shipping times from the UK can vary we can not be held accountable for any custom delays or delays in your item being delivered, we ask that you provide us with a valid email and telephone number for the couriers to contact you, if you do not provide this it can cause further delays. Please be patient we are still working and delivering in unprecedented times.
