Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Information I collect: To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and details of the product you're ordering. You may also provide me with extra information, such as photos, or if you contact me directly.
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including
*as needed to provide my services i.e when I fulfil your order, to settle disputes, request more information to fulfil your order or to provide customer support
*if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
Your personal information is incredibly important to me. I will only share it with third parties that are necessary to complete your transaction with me.
*Facebook. Any information passed to me via Facebook messaging is accessible to Facebook and myself, and you.
*Service providers. I engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop-namely delivery companies. I use either Royal Mail or a trusted courier company for all of my deliveries.
*Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain and share your information if i have in good faith belief that it is reasonable necessary to a) respond to legal requests b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies c)prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security or technical issues d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described above. However, I may be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for 2 years. I do not keep paper copies of your address or email address. I keep a copy of your name in my order book ONLY if you have requested a custom order. This is only accessible to me and is kept in a locked cabinet.
I will not transfer your data outside of Europe for any purpose.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information.
In some cases you may:
*Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the information I hold about you by contacting me using the details below.
*Change, restrict, delete. You may have rights to change, restrict my use of, or request I delete your personal information. With the exception of extreme circumstances (i.e if i am requried to provide your details by law) I will delete your information upon request.

You can object to (i) my processing some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases I will delete your information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information.
*Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about the way I use your information (without prejudice to any other rights you may have) you have the right to do so with your local data protection agency.

Our larger pieces are packaged in made to measure boxes with a generous amount of bubble wrap and protection.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
All of our items are made to order for you, if a part is damaged we will happily replace it, returns are accepted at our discretion within 14 days, we do not cover return postage and the item must be in the same condition as when it left us.
We do not cover wear and tear on our toy boxes, the hinge the working part we will cover for 12 months. Please do not expect a refund or replacement on any toy box that is over 12 months old.

We post our small parcels with Royal Mail, postage upgrades are available. Our larger items are posted with DHL & UPS they are fully tracked and shipped on an express service.
Proof of postage is always obtained.
We have a huge fabric range available for our best selling toy boxes, if you have access to Facebook we have a whole album dedicated to fabrics on our page and you can also see the many many boxes we have already made.
Yes absolutely we request these changes be made within 48 hours of when you placed the order, a member of our team must confirm these changes, if there is a variation in cost this must be paid.
We are required to pay VAT in the U.K., our prices are inclusive of VAT
Shipping times from the UK can vary we can not be held accountable for any custom delays or delays in your item being delivered, we ask that you provide us with a valid email and telephone number for the couriers to contact you, if you do not provide this it can cause further delays. Please be patient we are still working and delivering in unprecedented times.
